Has Spring Finally Sprung?

Homeowners Insurance        Homeowners Insurance

Good Morning Glen Arbor!  (and everyone else!)  So is it REALLY spring?  The calendar says so, but what does the weatherman say?  Well I checked with The Weather Channel (and they are never wrong...HA!) and the good news is tomorrow the high should be 51!  Saturday the high will be 61!  So you should have a couple nice days to get out there and do a little hiking in the park!  No need to get too carried away and start the spring yard clean up or the spring housecleaning yet, let's not push it!  A nice little hike up Pyramid Point, Alligator Hill, Empire Bluffs or maybe even venture on up to Leland and take a short hike up Whalesback!  That would be a great afternoon.  Stop out for a nice little lunch or cup of coffee at your favorite establishment, that will make it a great day indeed!  Then, when you get back home, you can think about all that other stuff...cleaning out the garage, raking the yard, trimming the trees, washing the walls....all the wonderful things we do each spring!  With all that work you put into your property, it's nice to know that your home is properly protected, safely insured through your insurance agency!  But when is the last time you reviewed your home policy with your agent?  Remember, just like your yard and garden can become neglected, so can your insurance if you don't take the time to review your current needs with your agent!  While we try hard to provide you with all the coverage you need, you may have made changes to your home or contents that we aren't aware of yet.  Now would be a good time to contact your agent and review your coverage.  Or maybe you already know what changes should be made...then now is the time to give us a call so we can update your policy!  Let's get ready to get rid of all the cobwebs, even those on your insurance policy!  And enjoy your hike!
